Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
 
Section 1.      Resolution No. 768, effective January 1, 2010, as amended, entitled: "Adopting and approving the 2010 Capital Budget and the 2010 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2010 through 2014 Capital Improvement Program," is hereby amended and supplemented by increasing funds for the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) program to reflect the final approved grant amount from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The additional funding is allocated as follows:
