Resolution authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Penn State Cooperative Extension for horticultural consulting services in conjunction with the City's Green Up Pittsburgh program.  Cost not to exceed $30,000.00.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with Penn State Cooperative Extension for horticultural consulting services in conjunction with the City's Green Up Pittsburgh program at a cost not to exceed Thirty thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars.  Such amounts shall be payable from the following:

The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor in form and substance.
