Body

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of the Municipal Code Corporation, in the amount of $3,918.32, in payment for professional services related to updating the Pittsburgh City Code, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Sub-Class 600, Pittsburgh Code Trust Fund, Fund 8750, Organization 101200, Budget Year 2009.
