Resolution authorizing the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts or agreements and other approved expenditures to provide for the maintenance and enhancement of City recreation centers in an amount not to exceed $99,500.00 for the Department of Parks and Recreation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a contract or contracts, agreement or agreements, or the use of existing contracts, or agreements and other approved expenditures required to provide maintenance and enhancement for the City recreation centers in an amount not to exceed Ninety Nine Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($99,500.00), chargeable to and payable from the Maintenance and Enhancement Recreation Centers, Account 600000, Organization 500000, Fund 2610, Subclass C2007, Project/Grant 2215010, Budget Year 2007.
