Be it resolved by the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of fire hose and SCBA parts and related accessories.  The total shall not exceed One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 544700, Fund 6100, Organization 250000, Sub-Class PGHPR, Budget Year 2007, Project/Grant #2267075, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
