Resolution amending Resolution No. 477 approved July 22, 1999, entitled "providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "O," in the Homewood South/North Point Breeze area (Council District #9) pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549," so as to amend the streets included in Area "O".

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The first paragraph of Section 1 of Resolution No. 477 approved July 22, 1999, as amended on January 25, 2001, which paragraph provides for streets included in Area "O" and which presently reads as follows:
For the area bounded by: North Homewood Avenue from Thomas Boulevard to Hamilton Avenue, Finance Street from North Homewood Avenue to Zenith Way, Susquehanna Avenue from Clawson Street to Zenith Way, Clawson Street, Tioga Street from North Homewood Avenue to Zenith Way, McPherson Boulevard from North Lang Avenue to North Homewood Avenue and the south side of Hamilton Avenue from Clawson Street to North Homewood Avenue.
IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ:
For the area bounded by: Thomas Boulevard from North Lexington Avenue to North Homewood Avenue, North Homewood Avenue from Thomas Boulevard to Hamilton Avenue, Finance Street from North Homewood Avenue to Zenith Way, Susquehanna Avenue from Clawson Street to Zenith Way, Clawson Street, Tioga Street from North Homewood Avenue to Zenith Way, McPherson Boulevard from North Lang Avenue to North Homewood Avenue and the south side of Hamilton Avenue from Clawson Street to North Homewood Avenue.
