Resolution further amending Resolution No 594-03, effective July 23, 2003, providing for a Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for street resurfacing programs to include, but not limited to, hot mix asphalt, crack sealing, sawing and sealing, asphalt milling, trunk rental, brick and blockstone repairs, handicap ramps, salaries for city crews, concrete slab replacement and park related asphalt work in CDBG areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, by reducing the total from $369,694.32, to $369,613.55.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution 594-03, effective July 23, 2003, which presently reads as:
The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts in a form approved by City Solicitor, for street resurfacing programs to include but not limited, hot mix asphalt, crack sealing, sawing and sealing, asphalt milling, truck rental, brick and blockstone repairs, transfers to salary accounts for city crew salaries, handicap ramps, concrete slab replacement and parks related asphalt work in CDBG areas throughout the City of Pittsburgh, at a cost not to exceed three hundred sixty nine thousand six hundred ninety four and 32 cents. ($369,694.32) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from:
