Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Claitman Engineering Associates, Inc., in the amount of $15,300.00 for providing mechanical design services and drawings for the City County Building First Floor HVAC System, which includes Finance, Real Estate and the Controller's Office Mezzanine; charging the same to the following account:
