Resolution repealing Resolution No. 674 effective, August 22, 2003, entitled, "Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the construction of Concession Stands at various locations, and further providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $165,000."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 674 effective, August 22, 2003, which presently reads,
"The Director of the Department of General Services, and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals, to award, and to enter into a Contract or Contracts to use existing Contracts, and to purchase materials and supplies in connection with the construction of Concession Stands at various locations, at a cost not to exceed $165,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
