Resolution repealing Resolution No. 634 effective, August 14, 2003, entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, for preliminary design services in connection with the rehabilitation of the South Highland Avenue Bridge; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $250,000."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 634 effective, August 14, 2003, which presently reads,
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for preliminary design services in connection with the rehabilitation of the South Highland Avenue Bridge, at a cost not to exceed $250,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
