Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That Resolution No. 606 effective, August 1, 2003, which presently reads,

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants for the design of upgraded traffic signals and traffic control in the Beechwood Boulevard Corridor, at a cost not to exceed $70,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
