Title
Resolution amending Resolution No. 452 of 2003, entitled, "Amending Res. 529/2002, Providing for a Contract or Contracts or for the use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements or for the use of existing Agreements, and providing for the purchase of materials and supplies in connection with the property acquisition, design services, and eventual construction of a community center for the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Council District No. 5 (Lincoln Place); and providing for the payment of the costs thereof," by reducing the amount by $450,000.00 from $550,000 to $100,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 452 of 2003 is hereby amended as follows:
The Mayor or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts or to use existing Contracts, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or to use existing Agreements, and to purchase materials and supplies in connection with the property acquisition, design services, and eventual construction of a community center for the 31st Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Council District No. 5 (Lincoln Place), at a cost not to exceed $550,000.00 $100,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
