Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That Resolution No. 126 effective, March 14, 2003, which presently reads, "The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts, in connection with the Bloomfield Bridge Approaches, at a cost not to exceed $300,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
