Resolution repealing Resolution No. 123 effective, March 14, 2003, entitled, "Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Architectural/Engineering Services in connection with various City projects; and providing for the payment of the cost thereof. Cost not to exceed 400,000.00."

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. That Resolution No. 123 effective, March 14, 2003, which presently reads,
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, for Architectural/Engineering Services in connection with various City projects at a cost not to exceed $400,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:

is hereby repealed in its entirety.
