Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  That the Solicitor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of Public Safety are authorized and directed to enter into an agreement with the Pittsburgh School District to share funding for the Crossing Guard Program.
