Title
Resolution authorizing and directing the Mayor and Director of the Department of General Services to immediately recall all nonessential City owned vehicles.
Body
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 The Mayor and the Director of the Department of General Services are authorized and directed to immediately recall all vehicles that are not on twenty-four hour call or not required for immediate emergency use.
Section 2 Directors of City Departments will provide the Director of the Department of General Services with a current list of those vehicles required for emergency use or twenty-four hour on-call.
Section 3 Those City of Pittsburgh employees needing a City vehicle but who are not required to be on twenty-four hour call may use motor pool vehicles as needed but must return the vehicle at the conclusion of the stipulated time period.
