Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  That Resolution No. 673 effective, August 22, 2003, which presently reads,
 
"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the 2002 Swimming Pool Maintenance and Repairs in the Department of Parks and Recreation with City bond money.  Cost not to exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00).  The total cost shall be chargeable to and payable from Account 600000, Fund 5100, Organization 500000, Subclass PGHPR, Project/Grant #2267193, Budget Year 2002 in the Department of Parks and Recreation."
