Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Resolution No. 635 effective, August 14, 2003, which presently reads,

"The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements in a form approved by the City Solicitor with GovConnect, a subsidiary of GovOne Solutions, for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Webfile Software Support, for a period of three (3) years, July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2006, at a cost not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) per year, subject to annual budget appropriation, chargeable to and payable from Account 525100, Fund 1000, Organization 107300, Sub-Class 150, Budget Year 2003."

is hereby repealed in its entirety.
