Cost not to exceed $500,000 $400,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts, and/or an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements, for the purchase of equipment, materials and supplies in connection with the Rehabilitation and Repairs of Various Swimming Pools at a cost not to exceed $500,000.00 $400,000.00 chargeable to the following account:
