Title
Resolution providing for a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, for the construction of a roadway at the Children's Museum; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $150,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and providing for the purchase of materials and equipment in conjunction with the construction of a roadway at the Children's Museum, at a cost not to exceed $150,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
