Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, with the Carnegie in connection with various Library Branch improvements; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with the Carnegie in connection with various Library Branch improvements, at a cost not to exceed $550,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
