Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Zoning Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article 1, Chapter 902, Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 11 and 12 by changing various zoning district classifications in the Oakland community in accord with the Pittsburgh Neighborhood Remapping Project relative to the City's new Urban Zoning Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. Section 902.03, Zoning District Maps No. 11 and 12, of the Pittsburgh Code are hereby amended so as to change the following zoning district classifications:

1. From "PO" Park and Open Space, "RM-M" Residential Multi-Unit Moderate Density, "RM-VH" Residential Multi-Unit Very High Density, "UNC" Urban Neighborhood Commercial and "UI" Urban Industrial to "H" Hillside all that certain property bounded by: Bigelow Blvd., Bloomfield Bridge, the Center Line of the East Busway, Neville St. Ramp (P.A.T.), Centre Ave., N. Neville St., lots numbered 175, 176, 177, 178 and 186, block 26-S in the Allegheny County Lot and Block System, Baum Blvd., the "UI" Zoning District boundary line located east of Melwood Street between Baum Blvd. and Denver Street, Gomez Way, lot number 192, block 26-G in the aforesaid system, Melwood Street, lot number 164, block 26-G in the aforesaid system, Gold Way, lot number 79, block 26-L in the aforesaid system, North Craig St., lot number 104, block 26-L in the aforesaid system, 5th Ward.

2. From "LNC" Local Neighborhood Commercial District to "UI" Urban Industrial District all that certain property bounded by: North Craig Street, lot number 47, block 26-S in the aforesaid system, Gold Way, lot number 135, block 26-S in the aforesaid system, Melwood Street, the northerly and northeasterly boundary lines of lot number 225, block 26-S in the aforesaid system, Baum Blvd., Melwood Avenue, lot number 148, block 26-S in the aforesaid system, Gold Way and lot number 36, block 2...
