Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.   Amending the Code of Ordinances, Title Nine, Zoning, of the Pittsburgh Code, Chapter 902, Zoning Districts in General, Chapter 907, Development Overlay Districts, Chapter 908, Public Realm Districts, Chapter 913, Use Exceptions and Conditions, Chapter 919, Signs, and Chapter 922, Development Review Procedures, are hereby amended as follows:
