Title

Resolution amending Resolution No. 805, Item C, effective December 31, 2001, by deleting one vacant lot, 10-L-152, 5th Ward, known as 604 Chauncey Street, and reducing the sale price, as it was discovered that this property was sold at a previous Treasurer Sale.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Amending Resolution 805, Item C, effective December 31, 2001, which authorized the sale of two vacant lots, 5^th Ward, 10-L-152 & 10-L-153, known as 602 and 604 Chauncey Street, to Daine P. Williams, for the sum of $1,500.00, by deleting one of the lots, 10-L-152, known as 604 Chauncey Street, and reducing the sale price to $750.00, as it was discovered that this property was sold at a previous Treasurer Sale.

All else in Resolution No.805, Item C, effective December 31, 2001, shall remain the same and in effect.
