Resolution amending Resolution No. 661, effective October 25, 2001, Item H, by deleting one vacant lot, 174-J-161, 13^th Ward, known as 7111-7113 Kelly Street, and reducing the sale price, as it was discovered that this property was sold at a previous Treasurer Sale.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Amending Resolution 661, Item H, effective October 25, 2001, which authorized the sale of six vacant lots, 13^th Ward, 174-J-161, 174-J-192, 174-J-193, 174-J-194, 174-J-195 & 174-J-196, to the YMCA of Pittsburgh, for the sum of $10,000.00, by deleting one of the lots, 174-J-161, known as 7111-7113 Kelly Street, and reducing the sale price to $7,000.00, as it was discovered that this property was sold at a previous Treasurer Sale.

All else in Resolution No.661, Item H, effective October 25, 2001, shall remain the same and in effect.
