Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the amount of One Hundred Sixty Three Thousand, Eight Hundred Forty Five Dollars ($163,845.00) from Fund 2445, Org. No. 230000, Subclass 600, Account 540000, Budget Year 2002 to the Equipment Leasing Authority, PNC account number 00-122-7872 for the purchase of police vehicles and related accessories.
