Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to execute, in form approved by the City Solicitor, a Deed of Easement and Agreement with the Buncher Company, pursuant to which the Buncher Company will grant to the City an easement for pedestrian public walkway and related uses on Buncher property between the Veteran's Bridge and 11^th Street, in the 2^nd Ward, 6^th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
