Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a Warrant in favor of Lynn Bottles and Gerry Bottles c/o Craig L. Fishman, Esquire, Tarasi Law Firm, P.C., 512 Third Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, in the amount of $12,500.00 in full and final settlement of a claim filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 97-8536, relating to the City of Pittsburgh and arising out of a fall from a swing in the Winter's Playground area of the City of Pittsburgh on or about June 7, 1995, and charge the same to Code Account 46, Index Code 004606, Fund 1000, Sub 170, Account 582200, Org. 999200, Budget Year 2002.
