Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services in connection with the Renovation of the City County Building, Department of Personnel and Civil Service; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof. Cost not to exceed $385,000.00.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Engineering and Construction, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or use existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use existing Contracts for the Renovation of the City County Building, Department of Personnel and Civil Service; and for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipment and/or services for said project at a cost not-to-exceed $385,000.00 chargeable to and payable from the following:
