Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.  The Director of the Department of General Services and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts for the purchase of Utility Trucks and Pickup Trucks, for the Department of Public Works at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Fifty Thousand ($350,000.00) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from Account 525500, Fund 8710, Org. 420000, Sub-Class 600, Budget Year 2002, Department of Public Works.
