Title
Resolution providing for an Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) for the upgrade of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission's existing automated test management system software for a cost not to exceed $20,000.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement(s), Professional Service Agreement(s), and/or Contract(s) for the upgrade of the Department of Personnel and Civil Service Commission's existing automated test management system software (for the development, administration, and scoring of all Civil Service examinations), conversion of existing data, training, purchase of equipment, supplies, hardware, software, and extended technical support and maintenance of this system. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require. The total amount shall not exceed $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Dollars) chargeable to and payable from Account #540800, Fund 1000, Sub Class 120, Organization Code 109000 and Budget year 2002.
