Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to support Broadway Ave Slab Replacement 2017 in Beechview, and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand ($245,000) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the URA in order to receive a grant award of Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand ($245,000) dollars for the Broadway Ave Slab Replacement 2017 in Beechview. Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400201.45109.00.
Section 2.
The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed Two Hundred Forty Five Thousand ($245,000) dollars, for the Broadway Ave Slab Replacement 2017 in Beechview under the terms of the agreement between the City and the URA chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400201.50000.00.
