Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to issue a warrant in the amount of Nine Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Dollars and Zero Cents ($9,380.00) to Zero Water for additional transportation costs incurred delivering water feature upgrades for the Mayor’s Office Safe Water Plan providing water filters and pitchers to PWSA customers, and providing for the payment thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards account 40117.56.56401.4030142117.2017, Item No. 525000.
