Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), in favor of One Three Five, Inc., c/o Goldberg, Kamin & Garvin, LLP, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at 2:13-CV-00467-NBF and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
