Resolution amending Resolution No. 86 approved February 28, 2012, providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "L", in the Central Northside community (Council District #1) to decrease the district to remove addresses pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Within Area "L" bounded by: East side of Federal Street from Parkhurst Street to Sampsonia St, from Federal Street to Carrington St, from Federal Street and Henderson to Lorraine Street, from Hemlock Street and Federal Street to Sandusky St, from Parkhurst Street and Federal Street to Parkhurst Street and Sandusky Street, from Boyle and East North Avenue to Henderson Street, from Lorraine and East North Avenue to Fountain Street, from Lorraine Street and the Boyle Street parking lot, from Sandusky Street and Hemlock Street to Fountain Street, from Fountain Street and Sandusky Street to Fountain Street and Middle Street, 110 and 114 East North Avenue. Also included are all corner properties.
