Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the total sum of Three Hundred Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars ($375,000.00), in favor of Heidi Spangler, c/o Balzarini & Watson, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 11-003220 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
