Resolution requesting the approval of an inter-municipal transfer of restaurant liquor license, License No. R- 18309 from Ristorante Napoli Da Valentino, Inc., 3600 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, to Applicant, Altius Modern Bistro, LP for the premises located at 1230 Grandview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15211 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-18309 from Ristorante Napoli Da Valentino, Inc., 3600 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227, to Applicant, Altius Modern Bistro, LP for the premises located at 1230 Grandview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15211 pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461.
SECTION 2. Request for Approval
Altius Modern Bistro, LP - which has a mailing address of 850 Boyce Road, Suite 10, Bridgeville, PA 15017, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-18309 which is currently registered to Ristorante Napoli Da Valentino, Inc., 3600 Saw Mill Run Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15227 desires to place a restaurant liquor license into premises known and numbered as Altius Modern Bistro, 1230 Grandview Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15211. The proposed interior of the premises is 4400 square feet over two floors and kitchen and seating for 140 plus 12 in bar area.
SECTION 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning Altius Modern Bistro, LP intent to the above liquor license.
