Resolution granting unto the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital (UPMC) 200 Lothrop Street, Iroquois Building, Suite 207, Pittsburgh, PA 15231, their own cost and expense a decorative rail with bollards along the curb line of Fifth Avenue in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.
Body
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. That the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Presbyterian Hospital (UPMC) 200 Lothrop Street, Iroquois Building, Suite 207, Pittsburgh, PA 1523, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a decorative steel rail and bollards located along the north curb line of Fifth Avenue from Darragh Street to 60 feet east of Chesterfield Road. Panels approximately 4' X 3' 6” by 344' 6” in length with steel mesh, with 4' break for pedestrian access to sidewalk. Bollards approximately 4' 1” in height.

All will match existing rail and bollards on South curb line per Exhibit A. Bus stop at Chesterfield will not be affected in the 4th Ward, 8th Council District of the City of Pittsburgh.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plan identified as Accession D-762 on file in the Division of Surveys, Department of Public Works.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
