Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $4,600 to John R. Deller c/o Joshua A. Lyons, Maurice A. Nernberg & Associate, 301 Smithfield St., Pittsburgh, PA 15222, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh and supervisory employees from direct liability in the civil action filed at 2:12-cv-01816 GLL in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and charge the same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2013.
