Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Public Works to Enter into a Professional Services Agreement with ELOOP LLC, a Pennsylvania Corporation, 625 Plum Industrial Ct., Pittsburgh, PA 15239, to render professional services for the City in providing electronic waste ("e-waste") recycling services in compliance with the Covered Device Recycling Act of 2010. This agreement is at no cost to the City.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with ELOOP LLC, a Pennsylvania Corporation, 625 Plum Industrial Ct., Pittsburgh, PA 15239, to render professional services for the City in providing electronic waste ("e-waste") recycling services in compliance with the Covered Device Recycling Act of 2010. The services provided will include but not be limited to project management resources, equipment, labor, supervision, training, packaging, handling, transportation services and vehicles, destruction, disposal, certification and recycling of e-waste in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations. This agreement is at no cost to the City. The form and substance of the Project and Agreement shall be subject to the approval of the City Solicitor.
