Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with Aon Risk Solutions for professional consulting services related to developing a loss control program related to general liability claims against the City, at a cost not to exceed $6,800.00 (Six Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars and No Cents), chargeable to and payable from 11101.53.53517.108000.2013.
