Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000.00) payable to Sarah J. Talarico, Administratrix of the Estate of Vincent A. Talarico and Cercone Erlain & Associates c/o Anthony J. Erlain, Esq., 1100 Manor Complex, 564 Forbes Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsburgh from liability in any and all claims filed in the Common Pleas Court of Allegheny County, at GD 08-0371 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
