Title

Lang Avenue in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh designated in the Deed Registry Office of Allegheny County as Block 126-H Lot 62 to Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for no consideration.  (Council District No. 9)
 
Body
Whereas, the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh desires to acquire all of the City's right, title and interest, if any, in and to City-owned property located at Penn and N. Lang Avenue in the 14th Ward and known as Block 126 - H Lot 62 for no consideration; and
 
Whereas, the Council of the City of Pittsburgh desires to approve the conveyance to Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh;
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      The appropriate officers of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute a deed and any other necessary or appropriate documents and instruments conveying all of the City's right, title and interest in and to the property located at Penn and N. Lang Avenue in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh and designated as Block 126-H, Lot No. 62 (the "Property") to Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh ("URA") for no consideration.
 
Section 2.      Within sixty (60) days of the sale of the Property by URA to a third party, URA will remit the proceeds of the sale, less actual, reasonable expenses incurred by URA in the acquisition, marketing and sale of the Property, to the City.
