Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements and/or a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, and for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, and/or services for the purchase of security cameras for the Riverview Park Soccer Field.  Cost not to exceed twenty five thousand twenty five dollars ($20,025.00).  The total cost shall be from the following chart of accounts5026737809.50000.00 budget year 2009 in the Department of Parks and Recreation.
