Be it resolved by the council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of equipment and related accessories.  The total shall not exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) chargeable to and payable from the Swift Water Rescue capital project in the Department of Public Safety:  2126744712.56300.00
