Ordinance supplementing the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Table, Section 911.102, and Use Regulations, Section 911.04.A.102 with the addition of "Compressor Stations & Processing Plants."
(Including but not limited to Marcellus Shale Gas)

Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Regulations, is hereby supplemented at Chapter 911, Section 911.02, Use Table, as follows:

Section 2. The Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning Code, Article V, Use Regulations, is hereby supplemented at Chapter 911, Section 911.04.A.101, as follows:
911.04.A.102 Compressor Stations & Processing Plants
Compressor Stations and Processing Plants and any temporary or permanent construction or facilities associated with such operation shall be subject to the following standards:
(a) The Mineral Extraction Master Plan must be approved by Planning Commission and City Council prior to the review of the Conditional Use Application
(b) All proposed facilities and operations shall be identified as part of a Mineral Extraction Master Planning Process
