The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1. Resolution No. 217, effective April 27, 2012, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2003 Community Development Block Grant Program.
