Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into a Grant Agreement with the Laurel Foundation for the receipt of grant monies initially awarded to the Greenfield Organization and through mutual agreement to be transferred to the City of Pittsburgh for an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand dollars ($10,000.00). These funds will be used for construction and related costs of the Greenfield Neighborhood Portal Project at the intersection of Beechwood Boulevard and Alger Street. The Grant Agreement shall be approved as to form and substance by the City Solicitor and monies shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund:
