Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant to be issued in the amount of $75,000 payable to J. Kerrington Lewis, Esquire, 1040 Fifth Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15219 and Timothy P. O'Brien, Esq., 1705 Allegheny Building, 429 Forbes Ave. Pittsburgh, PA 15219, releasing and discharging the City of Pittsbugh and supervisory employees of direct liability in any and all claims filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, at 2:10-cv-01335 and charge the same code to 11101.58.58105.108000.2012.
