Resolution Authorizing the transfer of Six Hundred Thousand ($600,000) Dollars from the supplies account (fuel) in Non-Departmental City-wide to the General Fund Grants account within Non-Departmental Miscellaneous for the payment of a grant to the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh to prevent the closure of neighborhood libraries.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The City Controller is hereby authorized and directed to transfer the total amount Six Hundred Thousand ($600,000) Dollars from the following account:
Non-Departmental City-wide Supplies Account (fuel), Organization Code: 999200, Account: 532600, Fund: 1000, Sub: 100, Budget Year: 2009. Amount: $600,000
Non-Departmental Miscellaneous General Fund Grants Account, Organization Code: 999400, Account 000000, Fund: 1000, Sub: 300, Budget Year: 2009. Amount: $600,000
